Orders are usually placed online via the Internet order page. Of course, orders are also accepted by telephone and/or e-mail.
By placing his order, the customer makes a legally binding offer to conclude a contract.
The contract is concluded when the seller accepts this offer by sending an order confirmation by e-mail, by mail or by delivering the goods. The conclusion of the contract is always subject to the suspensive condition of availability of delivery on the part of the seller or a contractual partner of the seller.
To deliver all ordered products in high quality is the top priority of PepeRolli GmbH. PepeRolli GmbH therefore reserves the right not to deliver ordered quantities if individual items are not available or not available in full or if the quality is insufficient. The actual quantity delivered will be indicated on the definitive delivery bill and on the invoice.
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. The prices are net and independent of the order quantity. Transport costs will be charged separately. The prices as they are displayed on the Internet page at www.pureproteins.ch at the time of the order are decisive. Price adjustments will be announced 3 months in advance.
